We install what we sell. Every competitor in this category either ships boxes or writes quotes. We are a managed-IT team that deploys these devices in branch offices, vehicles and vessels every week, and the store exists because our clients kept asking where to buy the hardware we specify.
That has three consequences you can actually use. The person who answers the phone has configured the device you are asking about. The "our take" note on a product page is written from installs, not from the datasheet. And when something does not work, the escalation path ends with someone who can fix it rather than someone who can file it.
