Manufacturer warranty
All hardware sold here is authorized Peplink stock and carries the full manufacturer warranty — one year standard on most devices, and full access to Peplink support. Gray-market units carry neither, which is the single most expensive discount in this category.
PrimeCare and PrimeCare+
PrimeCare is Peplink's care plan and it is not simply an extended warranty. On the devices that support it, PrimeCare bundles:
- Warranty extension for the plan term.
- InControl2 cloud management subscription.
- SpeedFusion Bonding and Hot Failover entitlement — on many models this is the only way to get bonding without buying a separate license.
- Advance hardware replacement on PrimeCare+.
Terms of one, two and four years are available on each product page. Buying the four-year term up front is materially cheaper than renewing annually, and it aligns with a typical branch refresh cycle.
Important
Care plans are non-refundable once activated, and they attach to a specific device serial. Buy the plan with the device where you can — retro-fitting a plan to a device already in service is possible but slower and sometimes more expensive.
