Shipping policy
Processing and cut-off times
- In-stock hardware ordered before 3:00 pm CT on a business day ships within 2–3 business days.
- Orders including a SIM or eSIM data plan: 12:00 pm CT — we activate and test the connection before dispatch.
- Orders including the configuration service: one to two business days.
Rates
- Ground shipping is charged by order weight and shown at checkout: $20 up to 2 lb, $27 to 5 lb, $40 to 10 lb, $55 to 25 lb.
- Orders over 25 lb ship freight. Checkout will not price these — contact us and we quote the freight before charging.
- Expedited and overnight options are available upon request; the cut-off times above apply.
- Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted at checkout.
- Rack platforms, switches and multi-unit rollouts ship freight and are quoted before charging.
- International orders: contact us before ordering. Regional band variants and export requirements differ by destination.
Backorders
Where a product page shows Backorder, the date shown is the date we expect the unit in our own hands. If that date slips we will email you rather than silently reset it.
Title and risk
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be reported to us within 2 business days of the delivery date.
