Every product page on this store links the official Peplink datasheet for that model, and the specification block on each page is populated from it — same field names, same units, on every product.
Firmware
Peplink publishes firmware through InControl2 and the Peplink support site. We do not mirror it, because a stale mirror is worse than no mirror. What we do instead:
- We test each release across the models we deploy before recommending it.
- Managed SD-WAN customers get releases scheduled and rolled out for them.
- Anyone who bought hardware here can call and ask whether a given release is safe for their model. That is free.
End of life
Where a model is at end of life or last-time-buy, we say so on the product page rather than selling it quietly. If you are specifying hardware for a five-year deployment, that matters more than the price.
