Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from SD-WAN Store, operated by IT IS Commodity Solutions (ANA Consulting Group, Inc.), 4957 Oakton Street STE 287, Skokie, IL 60077 ("we", "us").

1. Orders and pricing. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. All prices are manufacturer list price (MSRP) unless a dealer or negotiated price applies to your account. We may correct pricing or specification errors and will contact you before fulfilling any affected order.

2. Acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods or confirm acceptance in writing, not at the point of payment authorization.

3. Product information. Specification values published on product pages are taken from the manufacturer's official datasheet for that model. Throughput and performance figures are manufacturer test figures and are not a guarantee of performance in your environment. Real-world cellular throughput depends on carrier, band, antenna and location.

4. Licenses and care plans. PrimeCare, PrimeCare+, SpeedFusion and InControl2 entitlements are supplied under Peplink's own license terms and attach to a specific device serial number. They are non-refundable once activated.

5. Services. Configuration, provisioning, installation and managed services are supplied under a separate scope agreed in writing. Where we configure a device to your specification, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the requirements you supply.

6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data.

7. Export and compliance. Certain models are region-locked by band support and may be subject to US export controls. You are responsible for confirming that the model and destination are lawful for your use.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and the courts of Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction.
