The Peplink BPL 310 5G is a FirstNet certified enterprise SD-WAN router for medium branches.
Specification highlights: 2× 5G SA/NSA; 1 Gbps router throughput; 600 Mbps SpeedFusion; 1 Ethernet WAN port.
Two builds, and the difference is the care tier. Peplink's price list gives the GH and GK builds the same description, but they sit in different PrimeCare tiers — the GK build (BPL-310-5GK-T-PRM, $2,499) takes tier G, the GH build (BPL-310-5GH-R-T-PRM, $1,999) takes tier E. That is what the $500 difference buys. If you are unsure which you need, ask an engineer before ordering.

Before you order
When does it ship, and what does shipping cost?
In-stock hardware ordered before 3:00 pm CT on a business day ships the next business day. Ground shipping is charged by total order weight — $20 up to 2 lb, $27 to 5 lb, $40 to 10 lb, $55 to 25 lb. Anything over 25 lb ships freight and we quote it before charging you. Some orders carry restrictions; if anything affects your ship date we will contact you.
What does the configuration service actually include?
A U.S. network engineer sets up WAN priorities, SIM and APN settings, SpeedFusion profiles where licensed, Wi-Fi and LAN addressing and firmware, then registers the unit to your InControl2 organization and tests it on a live connection before it ships. Orders including configuration ship in one to two business days rather than the next business day.
Can I return it if the model turns out to be wrong?
Unopened, unregistered hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. Contact us for an RMA number first. Care plans and licences are non-returnable once activated, because activation is irreversible at the manufacturer — so if you are unsure which model fits, call an engineer before you order rather than after.
