The Pepwave MAX HD4 MBX 5G is a cellular router — 4x 5G modems, supplied in a Global band build and a North America band build at the same price.
Specification highlights: 4× 5G SA/NSA; 2.5 Gbps router throughput; 600 Mbps SpeedFusion; 3 Ethernet WAN ports; 8 mini-SIM (2 per modem) + eSIM.
Deployed by our engineers in vehicles and fleets running on 12/24 V with a moving cell footprint and vessels and exposed sites bonding Starlink with cellular.
Rated -40 – 65 °C with ignition sensing for permanent vehicle installation.

Before you order
When does it ship, and what does shipping cost?
In-stock hardware ordered before 3:00 pm CT on a business day ships the next business day. Ground shipping is charged by total order weight — $20 up to 2 lb, $27 to 5 lb, $40 to 10 lb, $55 to 25 lb. Anything over 25 lb ships freight and we quote it before charging you. Some orders carry restrictions; if anything affects your ship date we will contact you.
What does the configuration service actually include?
A U.S. network engineer sets up WAN priorities, SIM and APN settings, SpeedFusion profiles where licensed, Wi-Fi and LAN addressing and firmware, then registers the unit to your InControl2 organization and tests it on a live connection before it ships. Orders including configuration ship in one to two business days rather than the next business day.
Can I return it if the model turns out to be wrong?
Unopened, unregistered hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. Contact us for an RMA number first. Care plans and licences are non-returnable once activated, because activation is irreversible at the manufacturer — so if you are unsure which model fits, call an engineer before you order rather than after.
