The Pepwave MAX HD1 DOM 5G is a ruggedized outdoor router — 5G Cellular Outdoor Router.
Specification highlights: 5G NSA; 100 Mbps SpeedFusion; 2 mini-SIM; 1x 802.3at PoE+ input.
Deployed by our engineers in vehicles and fleets running on 12/24 V with a moving cell footprint and vessels and exposed sites bonding Starlink with cellular.
Add a SIM Injector for $999 instead of $1,499. Peplink discounts the SIM Injector by $500 when it is bought together with an HD1 or HD2 Dome. It puts eight carrier SIMs within reach at ground level and powers the Dome over the same Ethernet run. Choose the “With HD1 / HD2 Dome” option on that product and order both together.

Before you order
When does it ship, and what does shipping cost?
In-stock hardware ordered before 3:00 pm CT on a business day ships the next business day. Ground shipping is charged by total order weight — $20 up to 2 lb, $27 to 5 lb, $40 to 10 lb, $55 to 25 lb. Anything over 25 lb ships freight and we quote it before charging you. Some orders carry restrictions; if anything affects your ship date we will contact you.
What does the configuration service actually include?
A U.S. network engineer sets up WAN priorities, SIM and APN settings, SpeedFusion profiles where licensed, Wi-Fi and LAN addressing and firmware, then registers the unit to your InControl2 organization and tests it on a live connection before it ships. Orders including configuration ship in one to two business days rather than the next business day.
Can I return it if the model turns out to be wrong?
Unopened, unregistered hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. Contact us for an RMA number first. Care plans and licences are non-returnable once activated, because activation is irreversible at the manufacturer — so if you are unsure which model fits, call an engineer before you order rather than after.
